For so many, SESLYO (Southastern Synod Lutheran Youth Organization) has been a blessing and a pathway for Christian leadership among our many younger disciples. For many, SESLYO is still something somewhat unknown. Well, now is your chance to be a part of this Assembly, where we will elect a new board and ratify our SESLYO Constitution.
We invite at least two participants (those just graduating from 6th through 12th grade) from EVERY congregation in our synod. More are welcome to attend from the same congregation, but only two folks from each church will have voice AND vote for the elections of board members and in the ratifying of the SESLYO Constitution, By-Laws, and Continuing Resolutions.

| Webinar: June 25 - Children and Youth Ministry in These Times |
On Thursday, June 25, at 7:00pm EDT / 6:00pm CDT, we are gathering experts from the ELCA to share about Children and Youth Ministry in this challenging time. Come and see what our ELCA leaders have learned these past few weeks, as they share resources and hear your concerns.
We will have with us, Ms. Rachel Alley (ELCA Program Director for Youth Ministries), Ms. Janelle Hooper (ELCA Program Director for Children's Ministries), and Ms. Dawn Rundman (works on a team that develops resources for kids, youth, and adults published by Sparkhouse and Augsburg Fortress). Collectively, these faithful disciples have learned from, listened to, and worked alongside many faithful disciples over the years and have brought to bear that wisdom in many useful and faithful resources.
Join us on June 25, so that you can listen in, but also so that you can ask questions about how to lead children and youth in this odd time.

PASSAGE connects recently graduated high school students from across the country with one another and young adult small group leaders. The communities formed through PASSAGE will be centered on mutual support and wrestling with faith and life in times of transition.

SECOND OPPORTUNITY - Refer a graduating senior to LUMIN
If you know of a graduating senior headed off to college, feel free to jump onto the ELCA's Campus Ministry site - LUMIN - and refer that person to us. We will commit to walking alongside these upcoming college freshmen on their journey.
