IMPORTANT UPDATE for All Saints Service

at 4pm EST / 3pm CST:

CLARIFICATION:  We are still planning on live-streaming this event and encourage you to still join us online during the designated time and encourage you to share prayer requests either on the synod’s Facebook live feed, and these prayer requests will still be shared during the service.

Redeemer LC, Atlanta, (host site for today’s All Saints Service) is experiencing problems with their internet provider.

As many are aware, Tropical Storm Zeta did considerable damage to power and communications infrastructure in Atlanta and intermittent service  outages have been happening around the city.

We hope the connectivity issues will be resolved and appreciate your patience.

You may keep checking in via the Southeastern Synod website (https://www.ELCA-ses.org),

or the Southeastern Synod Facebook page (https://www.facebook.com/ELCASoutheasternSynod/)

“Sing with all the saints in glory,
Sing the resurrection song!
Death and sorrow, earth's dark story,
To the former days belong.
All around the clouds are breaking,
Soon the storms of time shall cease;
In God's likeness we, awaking,
Know the everlasting peace.”

Join Bishop Strickland on November 1st for the Festival of All Saints at 4pm EDT / 3pm CDT,  as we join together to give thanks for the lives of the saints, lament the pandemic of COVID19, the pandemic of racism, and lament all the little losses we have incurred during these pandemic days.

Centered in prayer and in God’s Word, we will be reminded and remind one another that in God’s likeness we awaken and will know everlasting peace.

We look forward to seeing you on

Sunday, November 1, at 4pm EDT / 3pm CDT!!!
