Hello First Call Ministers of the Southeastern Synod!
I hope you all are doing well. Now that you've been through the first Holy Week In-Person experience, how are you holding up?
I just wanted to check in and see how things are going with y'all and share a few reminders:
- Coaching is available to all of you through ELCA Coaching.
- Have a special area of ministry you wish to focus on? Desire to talk with someone to help you find the gifts God has given you? Check out ELCA Coaching!
- We recommend roughly 6-8 sessions and the first two session are paid for by the synod. All content remains confidential between you and your coach
- Process:
- Let me know you wish to receive ELCA Coaching.
- I'll pass your name along to Jill Beverlin, ELCA Coaching Coordinator
- You will fill out an input form.
- Jill Beverlin will send you suggestions of coaches and you can read about these coaches or even interview them to see how they would go about leading you through your coaching experience
- When you have selected a coach, I will send them the sample covenant above and help to negotiate your rate.
- After that, I'm out of the loop, and you start your journey!
