All those registered for the 2023 Synod Assembly are invited to attend a hearing on the 2024-2025 Ministry Spending Plan, which will then be voted on at the 2023 Synod Assembly.

Check-in for Synod Assembly will take place IN THE CONVENTION CENTER ROTUNDA during the following times:
- Thursday, June 1, 6-8pm
- Friday, June 2, 8am-2pm, and 4:30-6pm
- Saturday, June 3, 8:30am-12noon
If you registered for the Formation Breakfast, you will receive your ticket with your Assembly packet.

We invite you to join us on Saturday night of the Synod Assembly to join an auction / fundraiser event for the YOUTH of our synod. We will be selling auction items and accepting donations of varied amounts.
Come for the dessert, see pictures and videos of our youth in action, and hear from some of our youth, directly.
This is a great way to show your love of the youth and support them. To donate an auction item, please contact Pr. Michael Jannett (mjannett@elca-ses.org).

Open to all are the Workshop, Pre-Assembly Workshops, Lunch & Learn sessions, and more.
We will have a labyrinth and morning yoga / meditation sessions available, as well.
